Last month the LMAA released a new procedure to deal with mid-value maritime dispute resolutions. This Intermediate Claims Procedure (ICP) is to complement the three existing procedures offered by the LMAA, namely the Small Claims Procedure (SCP), FALCA and the full LMAA Terms.
